While the questions below cover a wide range of topics, we realize that there is a good chance that you might be still have questions once you have finished reading this page. They will be more than happy to discuss with you any issues or questions you might have. Once you have all of your questions answered, you can choose to be led through our easy booking process or you can think about it for a little while longer. Is smoking allowed on your vehicles?
No, we do not allowed smoking aboard any of our vehicles. We do allow our passengers to request unlimited smoking breaks though, so any time you'd like the vehicle to pull over so you can smoke, simply notify your driver.
Is alcohol allowed on your vehicles?
Yes, as long as all passengers are of legal drinking age, we do allow alcohol consumption on board all of our vehicles. If you do opt to drink aboard one of our vehicles, we do prohibit any open containers from leaving the vehicle during the course of the reservation.
Should I book one of your vehicles as soon as I know my date or would it be alright to wait?
We recommend that you book as soon as you know your date of service. Our service is extremely popular and is growing in popularity and since our service is on a first come first serve basis, it is your best move to reserve immediately.
Are your party buses expensive, can I afford to rent one?
There are various ways that you can save on our vehicles and your best way to find out about our prices is to call our customer service office. We are very competitive with our pricing and we strive to bring you the greatest value possible for your money. But again, call our customer service agents, they will be able to discuss your options and help you with our pricing structure.
Can we pay extra to have the vehicle stocked with alcohol?
No, we cannot stock our vehicles with alcohol. Due to New York state law, we are prohibited from supplying passengers with alcohol. If you or your group plan to consume alcohol during your reservation, please plan on supplying your own.
What amenities have you installed on your party buses?
You won't believe the kind of fun you are going to experience. We have created a wonderful atmosphere with LED color changing lights on the outside and inside of the vehicle. It will be easy to chill out on the luxurious leather wraparound seating. Of course, what would a party bus be without access to some great libations and everyone in your party will be able to walk right over to the granite top bar areas to pick their favorite out. If you feel like moving to the groove, we have set you up with a concert quality sound system and exotic wood flooring with dancing pole. And just to take the features over the top, how about high definition flat screens with DVD capabilities. You can see why our vehicles are called a party on wheels.
How does a limousine differ from a party bus?
A limousine is the traditional form of chaffered transportation that most people are used to seeing. It is a long usually white car with a very classy appearance on the outside. There is usually limited ability to move around this kind of vehicle. A party bus allows passengers to actually move around and interact. There are more options in terms of a person's movement. They can dance or use the dancing pole, walk over to the bar areas to grab a drink or just sit on the leather wraparound seating.
Do you ever offer discounts?
Only to returning customers. We do a lot of research and take the setting of our prices very seriously. We do offer various options which our customer service representatives will be more than happy to discuss with you. One thing is certain, you will find out service to offer the greatest value for your money.
What size group can one of your party buses accommodate?
We have numerous options for you. Depending on how many people will be in your party, we offer many levels of capacity all the way up to our largest bus which holds 40 passengers.
Do you have bathrooms on your party buses?
No, we want to keep the interior of our party buses in pristine condition for you. We do offer unlimited stops while you are on the bus so any time you want to stop for any reason, just ask your driver.
I have checked out your fleet page and I see a number of party buses to pick from. How do I know which one will be best for my group?
Your decision is best based on a few factors. We recommend that you call our friendly and knowledgeable customer service agents and discuss the number of people you have, the event you will be going to and the date you will require service. Our representatives are very good at fitting people to the perfect party bus for their situation.
Is there a limit to how far we can go on one of your party buses?
No, as long as you are within the time frame for which you rented your vehicle, you can go as many miles as possible as long as you stay within the state.
Do we need to provide you with an itinerary of where we want to go?
You don't have to, but it sure would help your driver. In our experience, things go much smoother when the driver knows most or all of the destinations before the travels commence.
What if we have an event we need to go to around Christmas, do you still provide service in the winter?
Yes, we provide service all year long. Any time you need us, we will be there.
Can we bring food on the party bus?
Certainly, we want you to enjoy every moment of your trip and if that includes great food, feel free to bring it on board. The only thing that we ask is that you do reasonable clean-up.
What kind of gratuity will our chauffeur expect?
A gratuity will not be expected in any way, shape or form. Our drivers are paid by the hour and the fee you were charged includes everything. However, if you receive exceptional service and you would like to tip, that would be strictly up to you.
What kind of hidden fees do you charge?
Hidden fees go against company policy and everything that we believe in. The price that you will be given by our customer service agents will include everything.
What if we are having such a great time that we don't want the night to end? Can we stay on the party bus past the time we agreed to?
That is usually not a problem. As long as no one has rented your bus for a time slot in the near future, you are welcome to stay on bard and keep the party flowing. And as a bonus, you will only be charged at the rate you agreed to, there will be no added fee.
What if we have special music that we would like to play on our party bus?
No problem, bring it along. We have CD/iPod/MP3 capabilities to go along with our concert quality sound system.
What if I don't see my question on this list?
No problem, we would be very happy to discuss your question or concern. ALl that you need to do is contact our knowledgeable customer service representatives. They love talking about party buses and they will be able to not only answer your questions, but they can also start you down the path to your own party bus should you desire to start the booking process.
Is there any place that your service won't take me?
As long as you stay within the confines of the state, you just tell us where you want to go and we will make sure that you and your group get there.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), as well as money orders and cashier's checks. We will also accept personal checks up to 2-weeks in advance of your reservation.

How far in advance should I book my bus?
We recommend that our customers book their desired vehicles as far in advance as possible. Since we offer our fleet on a first come, first serve basis, we cannot guarantee that the vehicle you would like will be available. This is especially true during our peak seasons and for reservations on our peak weekend nights (Friday and Saturday).
